In Easy Riders, Raging Bulls Biskind hopes to show how a supposed American avant-garde fueled by chemicals and antiwar sentiments started a cinematic. There's enough detail in Biskind's book for a whole series, but this lengthy documentary, co-financed by the BBC and narrated by William H Macy, covers most bases in the battle between the artists/madmen and the suits.
